Job description

Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire) – Mount Vernon, OH

We’re currently seeking Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a premier client in Mount Vernon, OH.
Pay Rate:
  • $25.34 per hour during training
  • Additional $0.75 shift differential after training
Schedule:
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Shift
  • Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare raw materials and feed them into machines while ensuring quality standards are met
  • Inspect finished products for compliance with customer specifications; identify and remove any defective items
  • Stack and palletize completed cases according to client requirements

This role may be a great fit if you:
  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a production environment
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Are able to stand for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. to a height of 7–8 feet
  • Possess basic computer and math skills, and can read and comprehend English
