About the Role:
Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our production floor team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily manufacturing operations and make a real impact in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing production activities to meet output goals and deadlines
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate production floor staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Monitor production schedules, workflow, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and process inefficiencies
  • Track key production metrics and report performance data to plant management
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to support seamless operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as shop foreman
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of production workers
  • Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical drawings, or work orders
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred
