This person is responsible for building and maintaining a culture of high trust and accountability for all team members within the production department.This position follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, it supports a 24/7/363 operation, so sometimes additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on operational needs and to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
