Manufacturing Operations Analyst
Company:
The Boeing Company
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Business Operations team located in Renton, Washington on 1st Shift.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Provides limited feedback on assessment results.
  • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
  • 1+ year of experience working in either manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with immigration requirements for international travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in a fast paced/dynamic environment
  • Experience with Travel@Boeing, including expense reports and booking travel
