Job Description Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst Location: Remote About the job you're considering The Manufacturing Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless and accurate flow of materials and data across multiple ERP and manufacturing systems.

This role supports advanced semiconductor and optics manufacturing by optimizing supply chain processes, resolving system discrepancies, and enabling new technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with manufacturing execution experience, system expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset. Your Role: Manufacturing Systems & Data Accuracy Ensure systematic and accurate flow of materials through ERP platforms, maintaining alignment across systems such as Oracle Cloud and Fabconnect.

Serve as the technical SME to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent site‐specific system errors and backlog. Perform BOM translation into manufacturing work definitions to support costing and operational readiness. Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization Analyze, optimize, and improve supply chain operations by identifying pain points, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with cross‐functional stakeholders.

Perform ad hoc analyses on die and wafer discrepancies, driving timely resolution of mismatches and anomalous manufacturing artifacts. Program & Project Leadership Act as primary support for the Amazon VMI Hub project, ensuring efficient end‐to‐end logistics for manufactured network infrastructure and optical engine production. Lead initiatives to ramp new technologies, including FBDI Mass Transaction capabilities, enabling operational scalability and process automation.

Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement by refining existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, and enhancing operational efficiency. Support manufacturing scalability and process robustness for the production of advanced optical engines. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to support production readiness and system enablement for Cisco and related product lines.

Support all business needs associated with the manufacturing of optical engines and associated network hardware. Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain analysis, or manufacturing execution.

Strong hands‐on experience with Oracle Cloud, ERP systems, and manufacturing execution platforms. Ability to analyze complex supply chain and manufacturing data to drive actionable insights. Excellent problem‐solving skills, especially related to material flow, BOM structures, and system discrepancies.

Experience supporting or executing VMI programs preferred. Knowledge of FBDI mass upload processes or similar automation technologies. Experience with end‐to‐end logistics programs or VMI hubs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $54,300 - $130,000/Year Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
