Seeking Production - Mixer II associates for its Lodi, CA facility. This role primarily involves operating ingredient mixing equipment and supporting food production processes during Shift 3 hours, while assisting Shift 1 operations.
Operate mixers, scales, control timers, and related systems.
Prepare, label, and verify premixes per formula specifications.
Manually add ingredients, monitor consistency, and adjust formulas as needed.
Control dough temperature and quality within defined parameters.
Complete mix sheets, GMP inspections, and other documentation.
Assist in moving dough troughs to/from depositing areas.
Participate in safety, GMP, and process improvement teams.
Maintain compliance with all safety, GMP, and plant policies.
May perform light machine operator duties or general labor tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
1–2 years of food manufacturing experience
Prior experience in ingredient mixing or operating mixing machines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Team player with the ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Willingness to work third shift with a start time of 12:00 AM
Shift: Shift 3 (12:00 AM start); supports Shift 1 team
Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
LOTO Certification: Will be provided onsite
Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (Full Time)
