Job description

Job Summary:

Seeking Production - Mixer II associates for its Lodi, CA facility. This role primarily involves operating ingredient mixing equipment and supporting food production processes during Shift 3 hours, while assisting Shift 1 operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mixers, scales, control timers, and related systems.

  • Prepare, label, and verify premixes per formula specifications.

  • Manually add ingredients, monitor consistency, and adjust formulas as needed.

  • Control dough temperature and quality within defined parameters.

  • Complete mix sheets, GMP inspections, and other documentation.

  • Assist in moving dough troughs to/from depositing areas.

  • Participate in safety, GMP, and process improvement teams.

  • Maintain compliance with all safety, GMP, and plant policies.

  • May perform light machine operator duties or general labor tasks as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of food manufacturing experience

  • Prior experience in ingredient mixing or operating mixing machines

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong math and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Team player with the ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Willingness to work third shift with a start time of 12:00 AM


Additional Information:
  • Shift: Shift 3 (12:00 AM start); supports Shift 1 team

  • Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour

  • LOTO Certification: Will be provided onsite

  • Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (Full Time)
