Marketing Coordinator - Industrial Business Unit
Location: Hybrid / Toms River, NJ
Salary: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience, plus 15% annual bonus potential

Join Heyco, a PennEngineering company, and a certified Great Place to Work® where no two days are the same. This role works closely with Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Marketing to develop marketing materials, support product launches, coordinate trade shows, and drive lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and marketing materials including brochures, data sheets, presentations, and case studies.
  • Support product launches and translate technical information into customer-focused content.
  • Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
  • Assist with email marketing, website updates, LinkedIn content, and digital campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, lead generation, and event ROI.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Marketing to support business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of B2B, industrial, or manufacturing marketing experience.
  • Strong written communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
