Eloqua Architect Denver, CO Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Eloqua Architect with strong marketing automation expertise and hands-on CRM integration experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Eloqua solutions, managing integrations with CRM platforms, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver effective lead management, campaign automation, and marketing technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Eloqua solutions aligned with business requirements. • Configure and optimize Eloqua components including campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, scoring models, workflows, and automation programs. • Design and manage Eloqua integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), ensuring seamless lead flow, data synchronization, and governance. • Define lead lifecycle processes including lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, nurturing, qualification, and handoff to sales. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Data teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Support CRM data model alignment including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities, and custom objects. • Troubleshoot integration issues, data quality challenges, and campaign execution problems. • Recommend best practices for Eloqua configuration, security, compliance, performance, and scalability. • Drive marketing automation roadmap, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with development teams on APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation with 4+ years in Oracle Eloqua architecture/design. • Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Eloqua platform administration and configuration. • Experience integrating Eloqua with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce CRM. • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes. • Experience with: o Lead Management & Lead Scoring o Campaign Management o Customer Segmentation o Email Marketing Automation o Data Cleansing & Governance o CRM Data Synchronization • Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware/integration platforms, and enterprise data flows. • Ability to work with business stakeholders and define scalable solutions.
