As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, productionhealthand problem-solving model.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines

  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

  • Acquiresresources, provides technical management ofsuppliersand leads process improvements

  • Develop andmaintainrelationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,partnersand direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches,productsand processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives

  • 3+ years ofexperienceleading teams in a formal or informal leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching,guidingand leading team

  • 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers,peersand all levels of leadership
