The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee daily operations at a Pvilion's 25000 sq ft manufacturing location, ensuring efficient production, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. This role involves managing the production team, coordinating with the design and engineering teams, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The manager will also optimize processes, control inventory, and handle supplier coordination to support seamless operations. Occasional travel to external fabricators may be required to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production activities and schedules
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Control inventory and coordinate shipping and receiving
  • Train, supervise, and lead the production team
  • Maintain safety compliance across all operational areas
