The ideal candidate will possess extensive and practical knowledge of pipe/tube mills, roll-formers, slitting equipment and related machinery, with a proven track record of optimizing yields, driving continuous improvement, and managing shop employees.Position TypeJob Title: Plant Manager Location: Lindon, UtahJob Type: Full-Time, On-siteReports To: CEO Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on Oversight: Lead daily production activities with a thorough working knowledge of steel product manufacturing equipment.Production & Efficiency: Prepare production schedules and daily operating reports to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
