Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • This manager position required you to have a minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program manahement, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • 3+ years’ experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team or project

This position is for C-Shift. Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday 6:00am – 6:30pm
