The Role:
Flex-Tec, a subsidiary of Electrical Components International (ECI), is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Byromville, GA location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations while meeting production targets and labor efficiency standards.
This position will report to the Plant Manager.
This role is located in Byromville, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the production process.
  • Managing staff.
  • Ensuring quality control.
  • Ensure that labor efficiency standards are achieved.
  • Meet and/or exceed metrics related to on-time-delivery, scrap, productivity, PPM, etc.
  • Ensure that employees are properly trained on job procedures, safety procedures/standards, production methods and quality standards.
  • Ensure that employees understand and accept business priorities and maximize employee involvement in production improvement.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
  • Meeting production targets.
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels; verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skills:
  • High School diploma required, college degree in a business-related field desired
  • 5 years' experience in a similar position.

  • Experience in the wire harness fabrication process, preferred.
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry, preferred.
  • Analyze information quickly and work as part of a team.
  • Be transparent and comfortable with being held accountable.
