MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Join a family-owned company that values your skills and experience. Become part of a friendly team dedicated to maintaining the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. This role offers excellent wages, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work in climate-controlled facilities. With a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, you will have the chance to grow into a Senior Maintenance Technician position as our current Senior Technician is retiring in two years.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical machine controls, servo motors, chiller units, injection molding machines, and various secondary machines.
  • Diagnose and fix issues with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic prints and electrical schematics.
  • Maintain records for all equipment, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Manage inventory of replacement parts, wear items, and shop supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
  • General building maintainance.
  • Outside vendor relations: Including sprinkler contractor, oil contractor, snow removal
  • Purchase tools, equipment & supplies.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in troubleshooting electrical machine controls, servo motors, chiller units, injection molding machines, and various secondary machines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic prints and electrical schematics.
  • Experience with Robots is a plus.
