  • Strong Quality & Compliance Leadership:Deep expertise in plant quality systems, industry standards (IATF, APQP, PPAP), audit readiness, and the ability to halt production when product integrity is at risk.
  • Operational & Strategic Execution:Ability to set quality priorities, lead Annual Operating Plan objectives, manage resources, drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, IQTM), and align quality practices with emerging digital and manufacturing technologies.
  • People & Change Leadership:Skill in developing Quality Engineers and Metrology teams, leading cross functional improvement groups, influencing stakeholders, and acting as a change agent who balances innovation with day to day operational needs.
  • Technical & Manufacturing Expertise:Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment selection, workflow optimization, and the ability to identify product/process improvements-including sustainability opportunities-to support long term operational excellence.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject or experience equivalent is required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant relevant work experience required. Preferably 5-7 years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Program Management role in the automotive industry or a similarly regulated industry.
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience preferred.
