Machine Operator Job Duties 
  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, press brakes, or injection presses following work instructions and safety standards 
  • Load and unload materials and finished products using material handling tools 
  • Inspect parts for quality, dimensions, and finish to ensure production standards are met 
  • Complete computer transactions and maintain accurate production records 
 
4-Day Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00am-2:30pm
1 Month Training Schedule:5:00am-3:30pm
 
Pay: $22.25 - $24.50 per hour 
  
Machine Operator Job Requirements 
  • At least 6 months of any type of previous machine operation experience 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Ability to follow structured processes and detailed instructions 
  • Can solve basic math equations and use a tape measurer  
  • Comfortable navigating a computer
