This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced manufacturing engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex production challenges. The Manufacturing Engineering Leader will partner closely with Production, Toolroom, EDM, Planning, Quality, and Sales/Estimating teams to improve throughput, reduce setup times, strengthen engineering systems, ensure successful new product launches, and build scalable processes that support future growth.
