  • Qualified individual has experience and/or will be required to learn Creo Engineering Software and CAD/CAM Software.
  • Qualified individual will possess high-level project management skills.
  • Qualified individual must possess and maintain a strong understanding of facilities, security, and maintenance.
  • Will have primary responsibility for developing project timelines, scheduling work, and managing contractors.
  • Required to read and correctly interpret simple and complex drawings.
  • Responsible for assisting with onsite maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Responsible for updating management on project status and progress.
  • Responsible for ensuring all contractors meet all safety requirements.
  • Responsible for developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to facility security.
  • Position is responsible for building a strong, positive working environment between operations and facility project teams.
  • Qualified individual will support shop requirements for the execution of projects.
  • Candidate may be required to work off-shift hours to manage contractors and/or project activities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess proficient skills in project management, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to assist hands-on with maintenance projects.
  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles
  • Highschool diploma and 1 year of related experience, OR 5+ years of managing projects and third-party contractors, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Summary Pay Range:
$26.15 - $39.23
