4-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering
10 years of engineering experience
Prior experience with direct reports
5 years' experience in project management and capital management projects
Knowledge of engineering computer software programs
Experience with process improvement and inventory control
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work with little supervision
Strong ability to analyze opportunities, think strategically, coordinate and plan large projects to improve reliability and uptime while making good business decisions for Nucor
PMP Certification is a plus
