A leading automotive company based in Charlotte, MI, is seeking an Engineering manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent manufacturing site on new business commitments; create site resource plans.

  • Maintain and control BOMs, Process Flows, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Inspection Sheets.

  • Participate in drawing reviews and Special Characteristics identification.

  • Support and compile RFQs for molds, gauges, fixtures, and equipment.

  • Analyze and improve processes not meeting standards.

  • Lead all tooling maintenance activities, including PM, repairs, tracking, and storage.

  • Drive continuous improvement and R&D initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.

  • Support training and maintain a safe work environment.
