Job description

Our client RibbitZ is looking for Manufacturing Engineer Technician in West Chester.
Senior level CNC programming and machining technical leader supporting precision medical device manufacturing. Provides technical leadership, training, and process ownership across CNC machining cells supporting precision medical device manufacturing. Responsible for defining machining processes, developing CNC programs, setting up machines, leading machinists, and driving quality, efficiency, and on-time production across Mazak and Swiss platforms.

Must-Have Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in a production machining environment
    • Expert-level CNC programming and machining experience
    • 5+ years programming
    • CNC programming using CAD/CAM software
    • Strong knowledge of machining methods and tooling
    • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
    • Experience performing First Article Inspections and precision inspection
    • Experience creating and maintaining setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls
    • Ability to lead machinists and manufacturing assistants within a cell
    • Expert machinist can make any part

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field
    • Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
    • Advanced programming knowledge in CAD/CAM (Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM)
    • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
    • Experience supporting new product introductions and process development
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex machining environments
    • PartMaker experience for Swiss concentration
    • Mazatrol experience for Mazak concentration
