The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing, Projects & Service Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain manufacturing, planning, projects, and service modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute production, scheduling, and service processes through correct configuration and guidance. You will be the primary subject matter expert for all manufacturing, projects, and service modules, from MRP and shop floor through warranty and field service, providing user support, system setup, and technical solution documentation.

About Program Nexus: Program Nexus is Particle Measuring Systems' company-wide business transformation program focused on simplifying processes, improving data quality, strengthening system integrations, and modernizing core business platforms. The program is designed to enable better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the experience of both employees and customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain CSIE modules for MRP, ATP, Production Scheduling, Engineering BOM/Routings, Projects, and Service.

  • Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for production, scheduling, and service issues.

  • Investigate planning, scheduling, and service-costing flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.

  • Support shop-floor execution, project costing (with the Finance analyst), and service contract and warranty processes.

  • Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Manufacturing, Projects, and Service domains.

  • Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.

  • Manage support cases with Infor for Manufacturing, Projects, and Service incidents.

  • Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.

  • 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Manufacturing, Projects, or Service.

  • 5+ years ERP experience supporting production planning, scheduling, and service functions.

  • Strong understanding of MRP/ATP logic, BOM/routing setup, and project and service flows.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) or Infor LN certifications within Manufacturing, Planning, Projects, or Service functional areas

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Position Information: This is a full-time, project-based position supporting Program Nexus. Employment is expected to continue for the duration of the program based on business needs. Continued employment beyond the completion of the project is not guaranteed. Particle Measuring Systems is an at-will employer.

  • This role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time

  • Schedule: Primarily business hours with occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range: $92000 - 139000 depending on experience
