  • Spearhead direct-led initiatives to capture and expand market share across key mining regions in the Americas.

  • Mentor and coach distributor sales teams to elevate their performance and ensure comprehensive market coverage.

  • Architect monthly and quarterly territory forecasts while building a robust, high-growth sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with global product teams to provide the voice of the customer, directly shaping the future of our mining solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven sales success with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • 3+ years of deep domain expertise within the mining industry.

  • Mastery of strategic consultative selling and closing techniques in high-pressure environments.

  • Strong technical proficiency with field systems, specifically regarding mining or civil construction workflows.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and drive results across complex organizations.

Bonus Points For:

  • Specialized knowledge of Geospatial data applications within mining markets.

  • Experience integrating emerging autonomous or remote sensing technologies into traditional industrial workflows.
