Standard Job Description Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Prodocution Operations team.

Our team is responsible for overseeing all electromechanical activities during secondshift hours, meeting safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets for multiple programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Supervisor on second shift, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver safe, highquality production on schedule while controlling costs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage a second shift team to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives for multiple programs.

Resolve conflicts, build trust, and motivate employees to maintain a highperforming work environment. Identify and implement continuousimprovement opportunities across work cells and production processes. Collaborate with engineering to update work instructions, plan new production areas, and enhance existing cells.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards while supervising electromechanical operations Typical hours for Second shift are approximately 4pm to 2:30am, MondayThursday, with overtime as needed. Ability to work outside of standard schedule hours is required. Basic Qualifications Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience/combined education Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques Microsoft office suite knowledge and skills Lead/participate in business meetings throughout the day Ability to interface with customers on a professional level Ability to track and manage cost, quality, safety and schedule in a manufacturing environment Ability to define problems, collect data and make necessary improvements to meet goals Ability to obtain a secret security clearance Must be a US Citizen Desired Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or operational environment Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written0 Experience with electrical and/or electro-mechanical products or equipment Knowledge of IPC-620 and J-Std certifications LM21 Green belt Performance Management Team experience Manufacturing or production operations experience Root cause analysis Ability to develop assembly tool/aids Familiar with LM systems like Flexnet labor recording, SAP, Personnel records management Previous military leadership experience #MILVETS Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
