Role Description
Form Energy is looking for hands-on manufacturing associates to help us develop our core technology by contributing to our Manufacturing Operations organization. You will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and assembling products with newly developed processes and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!
This role is based in Weirton, WV at our Form Factory 1 facility.
What you'll do:
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and prepare raw materials, components, and hardware in strict accordance with work instructions and safety standards.
  • Optimize production output by ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of equipment downtime, quality metrics (rework/scrap), and cycle-time deviations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot processing issues and continuously suggest modifications that enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate productivity records, shift updates, maintenance logs, and pre/post-shift checklists using digital tools and software.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards.

What you'll bring:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing production environment; experience with automated production processes is a plus.
  • Experience with good general manufacturing practices (GMPs)
  • Strong communication skills within a group of peers and the broader organization
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV-an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing.
