  • The chance to develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork experience in a professional, high-performance setting
  • The opportunity to contribute to boats that are respected worldwide

What We Offer

  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Great benefits-medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and more!
  • 401(k) with company match
  • A people-focused workspace with an emphasis on team collaboration and industry innovation

Why Freeman Boatworks?

We build some of the most sought-after offshore fishing boats in the world, and we take pride in the craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence that define our team. As part of our crew, you'll work in a dynamic environment where your skills help keep operations running smoothly every day.

Please note: Employment at Freeman Boatworks is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
