Manufacturing TechnicianOverview

Join a growing manufacturer producing highly detailed, large-scale plastic components used in industries such as:

✅ Medical Equipment

✅ Robotics

✅ Transportation

As a Thermoform Process Technician, you'll work with heated plastic sheets, molds, and vacuum-forming equipment to create high-quality products.

What You'll Do
  • Manufacture large-scale plastic components
  • Operate thermoforming equipment and vacuum systems
  • Work with heated, extruded plastic sheets and single-sided molds
  • Shape and form plastic materials to specifications
  • Maintain a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
  • Ensure quality and production standards are met
Required Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 years of manufacturing technician experience

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude

✔ Stable work history with no significant employment gaps

✔ Experience using hand and mechanical tools, including:

  • Allen/Hex Wrenches
  • Torque Wrenches
  • Socket Wrenches

✔ Ability to stay active and work on your feet throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with:

  • Machine setup
  • Automation systems
  • Injection molding
