Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Associate to work on-site with our client, a top-tier electronic test and measurement company at the forefront of technology innovation, delivering breakthroughs and trusted insights in electronic design, simulation, prototyping, test, manufacturing, and optimization.
The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center provides high-precision manufacturing solutions that enable industry leading electronic measurement equipment capabilities.
This role supports all Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort and Deburr processes on evening (swing) shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
We need a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork. The start time for this position is between 3pm and 4pm. May be required to work on day shift during training periods.
Qualifications:
  • Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • High-volume parts inspection and handling
  • Microscopic inspection
  • Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
  • Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
  • Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college or technical coursework preferred
  • Ability to read and converse in English
  • Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
