Job description

Position Summary: 

Looking for individual to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly fit and cleaning of furniture and for individuals to produce a white wood item ready for finish that meet Ethan Allen Standards. To construct a piece of furniture from pre-cut parts and assemblies that meet Ethan Allen quality standards.

  • Ability to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly and fit of furniture. 
  • Must be able to use air hand tools. 
  • Ability to push up to 70lbs. in addition to stretching, reaching and bending in extreme degrees.
  • Must learn specific furniture construction requirements. 
  • Must be able to use measurement and small hand tools. 
  • Job rotation within and between departments is required.
  • This position requires stretching and reaching on a regular basis.
