Job description

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to lead safety and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of manufacturing EHS experience, strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations, and demonstrated success improving safety performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across manufacturing operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and influence safety performance at all organizational levels.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, training, and compliance programs.
  • Lead regulatory inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
  • Manage environmental compliance programs and required documentation.
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Implement continuous improvement and behavior-based safety initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and leadership teams to address EHS risks.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and safety training.
  • Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support emergency preparedness, risk reduction, and workplace safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead EHS programs and influence safety performance across an organization.
  • Experience conducting or supporting regulatory audits and environmental compliance programs.
  • Experience with safety management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with behavior-based safety programs or employee safety engagement initiatives.
  • Strong incident investigation, risk assessment, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, managers, and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.
  • ASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification.
  • CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) certification.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience implementing Lean, continuous improvement, or similar operational improvement programs.
