Position Overview

Production | Hands-On | Continuous Improvement

If you’re a seasoned manufacturing professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems in real time, and playing a key role in building high-quality products, this role was built for you. As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be a trusted technical resource on the production floor—supporting builds, troubleshooting issues, and helping drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.


What You’ll Do

Be a hands-on contributor and problem solver

  • Perform direct manufacturing and assembly activities to support production and development builds.
  • Serve as the first level of escalation for troubleshooting equipment, process, and build issues.
  • Perform job start-ups, tool set-ups, and changeovers to keep production running smoothly.
  • Identify defects, investigate root causes, and communicate findings to Engineering and Production teams.

Support quality, compliance, and documentation

  • Follow the Quality Management System and all applicable SOPs outlined in the Training Matrix.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately to ensure proper records and traceability.
  • Support validation and testing activities according to written protocols and test procedures.

Drive teamwork and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist Engineering with procedure updates and suggest improvements to products and sub-assemblies.
  • Support training and cross-training of team members on assembly procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment that promotes collaboration and accountability.

Step up when it matters

  • Perform Senior Assembler duties as required.
  • Act as a group representative for safety, quality, and performance expectations.
  • Assist in other work-related areas as needed to support production goals.


What You’ll Bring

Experience & education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical training or relevant hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience strongly preferred
    or Associate’s degree with 0–3 years of experience.
  • Prior injection molding experience is a strong plus.

Technical and hands-on skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and correct issues.
  • Comfortable working under a microscope.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to manage workflow while meeting safety, quality, and performance standards.

Work style & mindset

  • Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Comfortable working across a variety of tasks and priorities.
  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
