  $17.00/hr (1st Shift) | $18.50/hr (2nd Shift)

What You'll Do
  • Operate and set up slitting machines to cut plastic or paper rolls to precise specifications and Roll changing 
  • Adjust machine settings, monitor production, and inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and follow work orders while recording production information accurately.
  • Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your work area clean and safe.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 1:45 PM | $17.00/hour
 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:45 PM – 9:00 PM | $18.50/hour
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
