Indotronix is seeking an :Manufacturing Planner 3
Location:1 for Seattle, WA & 1 for Everett, WA
Duration: 12 Months
AA degree Must
Shift:First
Start Time:6:00 AM
End Time: 2:30 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?:No

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to assess impacts on manufacturing processes, tooling, assembly operations, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate with design engineers and service bulletin teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure manufacturability of proposed changes.
  • Participate in engineering change board meetings, presenting impact assessments and recommendations.
  • Identify tooling requirements and initiate tooling requests to support manufacturing changes.
  • Support tooling management activities, including tooling disposition and implementation.
  • Assist in root cause investigations and corrective action efforts related to manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation of design changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Technician role.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to interpret engineering changes and assess manufacturing impacts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting engineering change management processes.
  • Familiarity with tooling requirements and manufacturing planning activities.
  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate (AA) degree in a related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
