Far Bank Enterprises is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our SAGE Manufacturing team as a Production Associate on Bainbridge Island, Washington.

As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping create premium products known throughout the fly-fishing industry for their quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks according to established quality and production standards.
  • Follow detailed specifications and production guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
