A leading aerospace company is hiring multiple temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associates to join their Debur Technician department. Openings are available on their Day, Night & Weekend Shift teams.  In this role, you’ll use hand and power tools to debur their high-quality aerospace products.  
 
This is a great place to gain excellent aerospace experience. You’ll be working at their advanced production facility where they fabricate airplane and jet parts - like wheel wells, engine pylons and wing structures.  
 
They offer competitive pay and great 3-Day & 4-Day schedule options - perfect for anyone looking for more free time.  
 
 
Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:  
  • Use hand tools and grinders to deburr and blend mismatches on machined parts 
  • Operate deburring tools such as pencil grinders and air guns 
 
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour      
  • Shift Differentials for Weekend $4/hr
 
Schedule Options: 
  • Day - 4-DayX10 hr Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm 
  • Night – 4-DayX10 hr Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am 
  • Weekend Day – 3-DayX12 hr Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00am - 5:00pm (work 36 hours – but get paid for 40!) 
 
Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements: 
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience  
  • Comfortable using small tools for grinding, smoothing, or finishing parts 
  • Comfortable navigating and performing basic computer functions in a Windows-based system
