Manufacturing Associate

MJ Celco, Inc. – Schiller Park, IL

MJ Celco is a family-owned metal stamping manufacturer serving customers in the automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics, and industrial markets. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position where employees are cross-trained and may work in different departments based on production needs. Duties may include packing, assembly, machine operation, inspection, secondary operations, material handling, and other manufacturing-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Perform assembly and secondary operations on stamped metal parts
  • Operate production equipment and machinery as trained
  • Inspect parts for quality and report any issues
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Assist in various production departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn multiple job functions and work in different departments
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
