We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician on afternoon shift for our Paris location.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.


When your actions lead to success:

  • Cut extrusions and other small metal components, drill holes of various materials to build frames
  • Operate various machinery such as cutting saws and drill presses
  • Assemble various materials to build frames
  • Monitoring inventory for certain hardware components
  • Pack frames with fabric materials
  • Participate in all health and safety training requirements and adhere to all TC health and safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties, as assigned

    • Post-secondary education (Trades); CNC, window/door manufacturing

    • 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar capacity

    • Strong priority management abilities

  • Professional Competencies:
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow work instruction details
    • Ability to and use hand measurement tools
    • Familiar with commercial casework/cabinet/window/door manufacturing, signage and/or retail fixtures
    • Experience and familiarity with cutting various gauges of metal
    • Experience with plastics and/or woodworking machinery and associated hand tools
    • Comfortable operating machine tools, pneumatic nail guns and measuring equipment
    • A strength for problem solving and working with tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of materials, hardware, and signage manufacturing methodology
  • Other:
    • First Aid Certification, in good standing
    • Tow Motor License, in good standing
