Pay Rate Low: 24 | Pay Rate High: 25
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Position Type: 6-month contract (possible extension)
Schedule
  • 100% Onsite Thousand Oaks.
    SHIFT IS: One of the following: Sunday - Wednesday 6am -5pm, Sunday -Wednesday 1pm-12am or Wednesday-Saturday 6am-5pm, Wednesday-Saturday 1pm-12am
    Available to work various shifts (weekends, holidays, 4x10hrs) as dictated by the production schedule.
    3 months initial contract with high possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain industrial purification equipment
  • Prepare buffers and media according to manufacturing procedures
  • Follow GMP documentation and safety protocols
  • Perform in-process sampling and basic analytical testing
  • Monitor critical processes and conduct basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain clean room standards and workspace organization
  • Assist with quality deviation reports and documentation review
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of relevant work experience OR Associates degree and 6+ months experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in biopharmaceutical or related industries
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capabilities: lift up to 35lbs, stand for extended periods, perform various movements
  • Experience with chromatography, filtration, or pressurized equipment preferred
