Job description

You will serve as a DEPUTY MANPOWER MANAGER in the REGIONAL MANPOWER OFFICE of MARINE CORPS BASE.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, developing, or overseeing manpower management programs; advising leadership on manpower functions and providing policy guidance; developing and/or implementing manpower related policies; analyzing operational challenges arising from new initiatives and developing strategic solutions to ensure successful implementation.
