Job description

*** Must Interview In-Person - No Relocation Assistance ***

Responsible for leading field operations across assigned construction projects to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget and in alignment with company quality standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize and direct field activities in coordination with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, vendors etc
  • Develop and maintain short and long term schedules
  • Monitor daily production, site progress, manpower utilization, material deliveries, equipment usage, subcontractor performance etc
  • Lead and support Foremen and field teams to drive accountability, teamwork, productivity and execution
  • Review project specifications to ensure proper planning
  • Conduct regular jobsite meetings
  • Promote and reinforce compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Support hiring, coaching and performance management of Foremen and field team personnel
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation: reports, schedules, manpower updates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (equivalent industry experience may be considered)
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in vertical construction with leadership experience in field operations, supervision or project execution
  • Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, schedules etc
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, site logistics, safety requirements, quality control and resource planning
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, specification and schedules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with construction software
Starting Salary: $140,000 per year
