The Senior eCommerce Manager leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! These efforts extend across a variety of selling platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, and others. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule (60% in office each week) based in Lehi, Utah.
 
What is a day in the life of a Senior Ecommerce Manager?
  • Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
  • Run daily marketplace operations
  • Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth
  • Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
  • Deliver the highest levels of operational execution
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
  • Partner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related program
  • Experience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills

You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and your brand partner executives to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
