Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our team! This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
  • Keen eye for details and accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end closing and ensure the deadlines are meet.
  • Assist with data entry, including but not limited to sales orders, invoices, vendor bills, and company credit card transactions.
  • Organize financial documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform basic administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Mandarin is preferred
