Role Descriptionโ€ฏ
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing operations across all McGrew Management Company affiliates. This role owns the enterprise marketing calendar, project management workflow, events and sponsorship coordination, monthly marketing reporting, vendor execution, review and reputation workflows, and Google Business Profile and local search coordination. This is not a long-term strategy role. It is a hands-on operating role for someone who can organize people and projects, keep deadlines on track, manage changing priorities under clear guardrails, and support consistent execution across a lean team.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilitiesโ€ฏ

  • Own and manage the master marketing calendar across McGrew Equipment Company, Crownstone Equipment, and Iron Road Logistics.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing workflow across campaigns, creative needs, events, sponsorships, local activations, and recurring marketing deliverables.
  • Lead project management and task organization inside ClickUp, including timelines, dependencies, owner follow-up, and status visibility.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, approvals, and production workflow under the guidance of the Vice President of Marketing.
  • Coordinate marketing execution with outside vendors and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Support execution of paid and organic campaigns by coordinating creative needs, deadlines, and handoffs.
  • Lead events, sponsorships, activations, customer appreciation efforts, trade shows, and related marketing logistics across the enterprise.
  • Build and maintain recurring workflows for event planning, sponsorship execution, creative production, local marketing needs, and campaign coordination.
  • Track and prepare monthly marketing metrics and performance summaries for internal review.
  • Assist with development of creative briefs and gather information needed to support campaign execution.
  • Write copy, draft content, capture photos or video as needed, and support lighter execution work when required to keep priorities moving.
  • Travel to branches, auctions, events, and field locations as needed to stay close to business activity and support execution.
  • Support the implementation of practical AI tools and workflows that improve marketing speed, organization, and output quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational amp; Experience Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, project management, or related work
  • Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or locations preferred
  • Experience coordinating vendors and recurring marketing workflows required
  • Experience using project management systems such as ClickUp, Wrike, Asana, or similar tools preferred
