What You'll Do
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while leading your team toward achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop leasing and maintenance team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Manage leasing activity, lead follow-up, and resident retention efforts
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing strategies
- Oversee rent collections, invoices, and property financial performance

- Coordinate resident communications and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and property procedures
