We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and build outstanding guest experiences. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the theater's operations, including leading the team, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining performance, and encouraging a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. What You'll Do:

  • Set the bar for guest services, ensuring that our team consistently delivers outstanding experiences.

What You'll Need:

  • Hold yourself and team members accountable to consistently meet high standards of dedication and behavior.
  • Ability to acquire any required Manager Safe Serve Certification.
  • Proficiency in ordering, receiving, invoicing, and inventory procedures.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
