Phelan Family Brands is a family owned and locally operated restaurant group and we are currently seeking to add more amazing team members to our team.ย ย ย At Phelan Family Brands we believe providing our team with a top-notch work environment and room for growth.


Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to oversee and actively manage the total operations of the store. Managers should also work with all team members to ensure we deliver the company's best in class service, adhere to recipes, operate within our timing standards, and take ownership over the entire guest experience. Do your best to ensure all guests leave with a positive experience, within the food and health safety requirements.


Duties / Responsibilities/ Job requirements:

  • Hire, fire, and discipline team members, when appropriate.
  • Have complete knowledge of this restaurant's food and beverage specs.
  • After training, can open and close the restaurant by balancing the funds properly and completing all proper paperwork.
  • Check for proper closing and opening of both kitchen and dining room areas.
  • Able to perform all positions such as server, support team, bartending and kitchen duties dependent on your area of responsibility.
  • Able to interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner.
  • Ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guest's behavior, if intoxication is apparent take appropriate action to prevent guest from leaving.
  • All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests' expectations.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
  • Relocate to new or existing locations as needed.
  • Punctual and reliability to fulfill both your schedule and your direct responsibilities.
  • Comprehend all controllable costs that affect the store and its profitability and contribute to profitability improvement.
  • Communicate with all other managers including but not limited to emails and logbook.
  • Working knowledge of procedures and practices included in the manager reference binder.
  • Ability to follow proper procedure while handling team member performance issues.
  • Ability to interact, socialize, coach and teach peers and Team Members in a positive focused manner consistently.
  • Cultivates a culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment and innapropriate situations.
