Job description

Maryland Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations, drive property performance, and deliver a high quality resident experience. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in multifamily property management who are ready to take ownership of a community and lead a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
  • Oversee rent collections and support overall property financial performance
  • Supervise and develop onsite staff to achieve operational goals
  • Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and unit readiness
  • Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maximize performance
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies


Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience in property management or multifamily housing
  • Proven experience managing operations and leading teams
  • Strong understanding of leasing performance and resident retention
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
