Student worker that will assist in the department in special projects and jobs as needed.JOB SUMMARY

Student worker assists the Theater Manager with front-of-house operations, including pre-show duties, usher supervision, and serving as a primary point of contact for patrons during performances.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage front-of-house operations for all academic performances and second-stage events Supervise and train ushers Coordinate patron seating, including late seating and accessibility needs Address patron concerns and provide excellent customer service Communicate with box office, stage management, and production staff Enforce theater policies and safety procedures Assist with house setup, cleanliness, and presentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
  • Liberty University Student
  • Federal Work Study Eligible
  • Experience in customer service
  • Theater and/or event management is beneficial
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
