Job description

The Apprentice/Journeyman Single Ply Roofer plays a crucial role in commercial waterproofing and roofing projects, working primarily on Commercial Waterproofing and Roofing Projects. This position involves working within a small team and requires frequent travel between job sites to perform job tasks safely and efficiently. The role offers opportunities for cross-training in various waterproofing and roofing techniques as well as access to certification and training programs, including waterproofing systems education.


Responsibilities

  • Install single ply roofing systems on commercial buildings
  • Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Prepare job sites for work, ensuring conditions meet project requirements
  • Inspect job site before and after installation for quality assurance
  • Perform maintenance and repair work on roofing and waterproofing systems as needed
  • Collaborate effectively within a small team to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications
